At Lafayette Mentors, we believe that every young man deserves a consistent, positive influence to help him navigate the journey to adulthood. Founded in 2012 by Mike Zeman, our organization is dedicated to bridging the gap for local boys who may lack a traditional support system, providing them with the tools, habits, and guidance they need to thrive.
